Welcome to Our Wellness Side
Wellness, Better Together.
Welcome to a different kind of wellness experience.
At Juvé Wellness, we believe taking care of yourself doesn’t always have to mean stepping away from the people you enjoy most. Our space was intentionally designed for connection, restoration, and shared experiences—giving you the freedom to unwind alongside your partner, meet up with friends, or simply enjoy time for yourself.
Unlike traditional wellness facilities that separate guests by gender or design each experience for individual use, Juvé offers a luxurious, welcoming environment created with togetherness in mind. Come as you are—and bring your favorite people with you.
Move between the warmth of our advanced hybrid steam room and full-spectrum infrared sauna, experience an invigorating reset in the Frost Locker, or slow everything down in our peaceful relaxation room.
For a more private escape, retreat to our dedicated red light therapy suite or immerse yourself in the deeply restorative sound and vibration of the inHarmony sound lounge.
Every detail has been thoughtfully selected to create a wellness experience that feels elevated, approachable, and entirely your own.
Whether you come to reconnect, recover, recharge, or simply spend meaningful time together, there’s a place for you here.
Be bold. Be confident. Be well.
Solbasium Redlight Bed
LIGHT WITH A PURPOSE
More than just red light—this is full-body, targeted photobiomodulation designed around you.
Our Solbasium Flex Red Light Therapy Bed surrounds your body in 360° therapeutic light using 12,000 LEDs and four carefully selected wavelengths of red and near-infrared light: 633, 660, 850 and 940 nm. Together, these wavelengths work at varying depths to support cellular energy, healthy-looking skin, collagen production, circulation, muscle and joint recovery, a healthy inflammatory response, relaxation and overall wellness.
But what truly sets this experience apart is the ability to choose your focus.
Rather than offering the same red light session to everyone, your experience begins with what you want to support that day. Whether you're focused on skin and healthy aging, recovery, pain and comfort, inflammation, circulation, stress and sleep, or overall wellness, your selected program determines how the Solbasium delivers your session.
Simply lie back, relax and let the light surround you.
20 minutes. No UV. No downtime. Just intentional light, chosen for you.
Your light. Your focus. Your wellness.
Redlight Bed Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation (PBM), uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support natural cellular processes.
Unlike UV light used in tanning beds, red and near-infrared light do not tan the skin. Instead, the light interacts with cells and tissues and has been studied for applications involving skin health, recovery, inflammation, circulation, muscle and joint comfort, and overall wellness.
What are the benefits of red light therapy?
Depending on your goals, red and near-infrared light therapy may help support:
Collagen production and healthier-looking skin
Skin tone and texture
Muscle recovery
Joint and muscle comfort
A healthy inflammatory response
Circulation and blood flow
Cellular energy and mitochondrial function
Relaxation and sleep
Overall recovery and wellness
Results vary, and red light therapy should be viewed as a supportive wellness treatment rather than a treatment or cure for a medical condition.
-
No. Although our full-body Solbasium Flex resembles a tanning bed in shape, the technology is completely different.
Tanning beds use ultraviolet (UV) radiation to stimulate melanin and produce a tan. Our red light bed uses red and near-infrared wavelengths and does not use UV light to tan the skin.
-
At Juvé, we use the Solbasium Flex, an advanced full-body photobiomodulation system featuring:
12,000 LEDs
360° full-body light coverage
Four wavelengths: 633, 660, 850 and 940 nm
Visible red and near-infrared light
Independently controlled wavelengths
Pulsed and continuous light capabilities
Goal-specific treatment programs
Consistent full-body treatment without needing to reposition in front of a panel
Rather than simply turning on a bank of red lights for every client, the Flex allows treatment parameters to vary according to the selected program.
Isn't all red light therapy basically the same?
No. Seeing red light doesn't necessarily mean you're receiving the same type or dose of photobiomodulation.
Important differences include wavelength, intensity, treatment distance, exposure time, treatment area, pulsing and total light dose.
Small panels, home devices, tube-style beds and advanced LED systems can therefore provide very different experiences.
-
Different wavelengths have different absorption and penetration characteristics.
Our Solbasium Flex uses:
633 nm — visible red light commonly associated with more superficial and skin-focused applications.
660 nm — another red wavelength frequently used in research involving skin and cellular processes.
850 nm — near-infrared light capable of reaching deeper tissues and commonly incorporated into recovery-focused applications.
940 nm — a longer near-infrared wavelength that provides an additional absorption and penetration profile.
Rather than thinking of one wavelength as “better,” think of the wavelengths as different tools that can be combined according to the goal of the session.
-
Not necessarily.
Photobiomodulation is about appropriate dosing, not simply delivering as much light as possible. Wavelength, intensity, distance and treatment time all contribute to the total dose.
More exposure does not automatically mean better results, which is why we use structured treatment times and programs.
-
Why do I have to choose a focus before my session?
This is one of the features that makes the Solbasium Flex different.
Instead of every client receiving an identical session, you'll select the primary focus for your visit. The system then uses a program designed around that goal.
Think of the four wavelengths as ingredients and your selected program as the recipe.
What focus should I choose?
Your focus depends on what your body needs that day. Available options may include programs centered around:
Skin + Healthy Aging — for clients prioritizing collagen and healthier-looking skin.
Recovery — ideal after workouts, exercise or physically demanding days.
Pain + Comfort — for sessions focused on sore muscles, joints and general physical comfort.
Inflammation Support — focused on supporting the body's normal inflammatory and recovery processes.
Injury + Repair — a recovery-oriented option supporting normal tissue processes.
Circulation — focused on supporting healthy circulation.
Stress + Sleep — a relaxing option for clients incorporating red light into a relaxation or sleep routine.
General Wellness — a balanced option when you don't have one specific goal.
Not sure which to choose? Our team can help you select your focus before your session.
Do I have to choose the same focus every time?
No. Your focus can change with every visit.
You might choose Recovery after a workout, Skin when you're focusing on healthy aging, and Stress + Sleep on a day when relaxation is your priority.
-
How long is a red light session?
Most sessions are approximately 15–20 minutes.
Longer isn't necessarily better. Red light therapy follows dosing principles, so we recommend following the treatment time associated with your selected program.
How often should I use red light therapy?
For clients actively working toward a wellness goal, approximately 3–5 sessions per week may be appropriate.
Frequency can vary based on your goals, the program selected and other treatments you're receiving. Consistency is generally more important than occasionally doing a longer session.
-
Light needs to reach the skin being treated.
You may undress to your personal comfort level in the privacy of the treatment room. Underwear may remain on if preferred; just remember that areas covered by clothing will receive significantly less light.
-
Most people find the experience comfortable and relaxing. You may notice gentle warmth from the equipment, but this is not a heat-based treatment.
You shouldn't experience burning or significant discomfort.
After treatment you might feel tingling or energized depending on session focus.
-
How quickly will I notice results?
It depends on what you're hoping to achieve.
Some people notice relaxation or changes in how their body feels relatively quickly. Goals involving skin appearance, collagen, exercise recovery or other cumulative effects generally require consistent sessions over time.
We recommend thinking of red light therapy as an ongoing wellness practice rather than a one-time treatment.
Do I need to use red light forever?
No specific number of sessions is appropriate for everyone.
Some clients use red light more frequently while actively working toward a goal and then transition to less frequent maintenance sessions. Others simply incorporate it regularly into their overall wellness routine.
-
Is red light therapy safe?
Red and near-infrared photobiomodulation is generally considered well tolerated when used appropriately.
Unlike tanning beds, our red light therapy does not rely on UV radiation to produce its effects.
However, no wellness treatment is appropriate for absolutely everyone, which is why we ask clients to review safety information before treatment.
Are there side effects?
Red light therapy is generally well tolerated, but temporary effects may include:
Mild warmth
Temporary redness
Headache
Eye discomfort or sensitivity to the bright light
Temporary skin sensitivity
Please stop your session and notify our team if you experience unusual discomfort, excessive heat, burning or another unexpected reaction.
Who should talk with a healthcare provider before using red light therapy?
Please let us know before treatment if you:
Are pregnant or may be pregnant
Have a condition associated with photosensitivity
Take medications that may increase sensitivity to light
Have a history of light-triggered seizures
Have an active medical condition currently being treated
Have a concerning or undiagnosed skin lesion
Recently underwent surgery or another procedure and aren't sure whether red light is appropriate during recovery
Are undergoing treatment for cancer
Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend clearance from your healthcare provider.
Can I use red light therapy if I've had cancer?
This requires individualized guidance.
Research into photobiomodulation continues to evolve, including its use in oncology supportive care. If you currently have cancer, are undergoing cancer treatment or have concerns about exposing a particular area, we recommend discussing red light therapy with your treating oncology team before treatment.
-
Is red light therapy the same as infrared sauna?
No. They are two different therapies.
Our infrared sauna primarily uses infrared energy to produce heat, while the Solbasium Flex delivers specific red and near-infrared wavelengths for photobiomodulation.
Because the mechanisms are different, many clients choose to incorporate both into their wellness routine.
Can I combine red light with the Wellness Circuit?
Yes. Red light therapy can be enjoyed on its own or incorporated alongside our full-spectrum infrared sauna, steam room, Frost Locker cold therapy, relaxation room or inHarmony sound therapy.
Your ideal order may vary depending on your goals, so our team can help you plan your experience.
Can I use red light on the same day as other services?
Often, yes. However, certain aesthetic procedures, medications or medical treatments may require modifications or waiting periods.
If you've recently had a laser treatment, chemical peel, microneedling, injectable treatment or another procedure, let our team know before your session so we can determine whether red light is appropriate.

InHarmony Frequently Asked Questions
-
The inHarmony Zero-G Lounge is an immersive vibroacoustic wellness experience that combines sound, music, and vibration with a comfortable reclining zero-gravity position.
Unlike simply listening to music through headphones or speakers, the lounge uses tactile transducers that allow low-frequency sound vibrations to travel through the lounge and be felt throughout your body while you hear the accompanying audio.
The result is a multi-sensory experience designed to encourage deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a temporary escape from everyday stimulation.
-
Vibroacoustic sound therapy combines audible sound with low-frequency vibration.
During your session, certain frequencies within the audio are translated into physical vibration through the lounge. This means you aren't only hearing the experience—you can actually feel portions of the sound moving through the bed.
Many people find that having both an auditory and physical sensation gives their mind something to focus on, making it easier to settle into a relaxed or meditative state.
-
Everyone experiences it a little differently.
You may notice gentle pulsing, humming, waves, or rhythmic vibrations moving through different areas of the lounge. The intensity changes naturally with the audio and can be adjusted to your comfort level.
Some guests meditate. Some focus on their breathing. Some simply listen. And some fall asleep.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during your session. The goal is simply to get comfortable and allow yourself time to disconnect.
-
inHarmony is designed as a wellness and relaxation experience. Sessions may help support:
Deep relaxation and stress reduction
Mindfulness and meditation
A calmer, more grounded feeling
Mental clarity and the opportunity to disconnect
Relaxation before sleep
Recovery and restorative downtime
An overall sense of well-being
Your experience may vary from session to session depending on the program you choose and what your body and mind need that day.
-
The inHarmony Lounge is not a massage chair.
It does not knead, roll, compress, or mechanically massage your muscles. Instead, the sensation comes from sound frequencies translated into physical vibration throughout the lounge.
Think of it less like receiving a massage and more like being immersed inside the sound itself.
-
Traditional meditation often requires you to create your own point of focus—such as your breath, a mantra, or a guided recording.
inHarmony adds another sensory element: vibration you can physically feel.
For people who have difficulty quieting their mind during traditional meditation, focusing on the combination of sound, vibration, and breathing may make it easier to settle into the experience.
You don't need any meditation experience to use inHarmony.
-
Your session can be tailored to what you would like to focus on that day.
Depending on the available program, you may choose experiences centered around:
Relaxation • Grounding • Meditation • Focus • Uplifting Energy • Rest & Reset
Both guided and non-guided experiences are available, along with frequency-based and low-frequency sound experiences.
If you're unsure what to choose, our team can help you select an experience based on how you'd like to feel.
-
Some inHarmony experiences incorporate frequencies traditionally associated with Solfeggio sound practices, including frequencies such as 174, 285, 396, 417, 432, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 Hz.
Different frequencies have been associated within sound-wellness traditions with concepts such as grounding, relaxation, connection, meditation, and emotional well-being.
These traditional associations should not be interpreted as medical treatments or as meaning that a particular frequency has been proven to treat a specific health condition. Instead, we encourage you to choose the sound experience that feels best to you.
-
Yes.
Both the audio and vibration can be adjusted for comfort. We recommend beginning with a lower vibration intensity and gradually increasing it until you find the level that feels best.
More vibration isn't necessarily better. The goal is an immersive but comfortable experience.
-
The lounge can recline into a comfortable zero-gravity-style position designed to allow you to settle back and relax with your body fully supported.
You can also adjust your position if you prefer to remain more upright.
Once you're comfortable, close your eyes, breathe normally, and let the experience do the rest.
-
As little as possible.
You can close your eyes, focus on your breathing, listen to the music, notice the vibration, follow a guided experience, meditate—or simply let your mind wander.
You may even fall asleep, and that's completely fine.
Consider this your permission to do absolutely nothing for a little while.
-
Absolutely. inHarmony pairs beautifully with the other experiences within Juvé Wellness.
It can be especially relaxing after contrast therapy, red-light therapy, or massage because it provides a quiet transition from active treatments into complete rest.
Our wellness experience can naturally flow through:
Heat → Cold → Light → Sound → Rest
You can also enjoy inHarmony completely on its own whenever you need time to unplug and reset.
-
inHarmony is intended for general wellness and relaxation rather than treatment of medical conditions.
Please speak with our medical provider before your session if you are pregnant or have a seizure disorder/epilepsy, significant neurological condition, cardiovascular or respiratory condition, history of blood clots or DVT, active bleeding, acute inflammation, metastatic cancer, or another medical condition that may be affected by vibration or sensory stimulation.
If you're unsure whether inHarmony is appropriate for you, please ask our team before your session.
-
There is no required downtime.
Many guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, grounded, or simply quieter mentally. Because everyone's experience is different, we encourage you to notice how you feel rather than expecting one specific response.
Take your time getting up, hydrate, and enjoy the rest of your day.
-
No. The inHarmony Zero-G Lounge is offered as a wellness, relaxation, meditation, and sound-and-vibration experience.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
At Juvé, we think of it as something increasingly rare: dedicated time to disconnect from everything else and simply be still.
